Lovely location with friendly staff but lacks maintenance
I thoroughly enjoyed the lovely location of the resort with its close proximity to the Banasura Dam and a waterfall. the staff were incredibly courteous and made our stay very pleasant. the property requires significant maintenance as many amenities were broken and cleanliness standards were not up to par.

Booked a room with EXCEPTIONAL views of the lake and the mesmerizing Nilgiris. The location was pleasant very close to the Banasura dam and met all requests. And we were next to restaurant by the staff and wild life sanctuary and edakkal caves and a waterfall.
Can’t fault anything about it.

The courteous staff helps you in any way. It has an awesome and marvelous location on the Lakefront. - It is close to MeenMutty falls, wildlife sanctuary, and Edakkal caves.

Comfortable and spacious room, fully equipped with everything you need. the staff were really friendly and welcoming! Great location too - just a short walk to the lake, the Edakkal Caves, and even the stunning Banasura Dam nearby. 🌿
